Dear Jim,

As fall approaches, I can't help but think of you and how you've taken care of our two fireplaces in our home and the woodburning stove in our cabin over the past 18 years. And, while on vacation, you stopped in to inspect our fireplace at our beach house in Gulf Shores.

As you know, I burn the fireplace in our family room 24/7 as soon as there is a chill in the air. After having our chimney fire due to not cleaning enough and/or burning "green" wood and you then installing our Golden Flue Liner in not one but both our fireplaces in our main home, I feel so much safer and secure knowing the fire can't escape the liners and spread to the rest of our home. I appreciate, too, you teaching me how to start and burn a fire "properly" to eliminate so much creosote build up in our chimneys. You have taught me so much!!!

You are such a perfectionist, honest, and so professional when you do your job, I feel as though you may not know how much I appreciate you and your work. You not only have become a friend to me and my family, but (as you know!) someone we not only rely on but depend on.
